Called for room availability over 2 nights for 4 people, she curtly said that won't work for her and told me to try somewhere else and hung up. So much for home town feel. You get one chance for a first impression, you FAILED MISERABLY!
This place was amazing. Small town comfort. Marsha's home made jam, three kinds, as part of contents breakfast.
The owner is so friendly and kind. She went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival, and gave us the perfect room for keeping our group together. Low on some traditional motel amenities, but certainly makes up for anything lacking with quaint charm and a personal touch.
They don't serve food anymore. I wish they would open back up!
Owner will go over and beyond to make you comfortable. So comfy, clean and pretty surroundings!
